We text you the moment a new inquiry hits your website or intake endpoint, with the lead's name, contact, and a link to the full record. The number-one tool for converting cold form-fills into booked work.
- • Triggered by: new lead captured on your inquiry form
- • Frequency: 1–5 messages per week, gated by inbound volume
- • Sender: a single dedicated Advocate Studio number

Care layer
Operational alerts from the Advocate Studio care-layer dashboard — when a lead replies, when a status syncs from GHL, when a review request fires, when a pivot-date needs your eyes. Lower-volume, higher-context.
- • Triggered by: lead replies, status changes, review-request triggers, scheduled-touch alerts
- • Frequency: a few per week per active engagement
- • Sender: the same dedicated Advocate Studio number
How consent is captured
Each form above writes a separate audit record to our compliance database when you submit, including the exact disclosure text you were shown, your IP, user agent, the form URL, and your individual checkbox states. SMS authorization is its own discrete checkbox, unchecked by default. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of that program. Reply HELP for assistance.
